Q: How can I exchange my product to a different size?
A:
Unfortunately, at the moment, we are not accepting any exchanges. You can, however, return the product if you're unsatisfied. To do so, please visit our Sun & Sand Sports stores in either Mall of Qatar or Dar Al Salaam Mall and return the said item.

Q: How do I return an item?
A:
We at Sun & Sand Sports provide you with a hassle-free return policy within the GCC. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
You can return your product in our Sun & Sand Sports stores in either Mall of Qatar or Dar Al Salaam Mall & get faster refunds into your e-Wallet. 

Return Conditions:
1.    Return requests can only be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2.    The return item should be in its original condition, not used, and still has its original tag.
3.    The return item should be in its original box.
Please note that some items are not eligible for return. We recommend going through the product description carefully before purchasing.

For Guest Users
Visit our Sun & Sand Sports stores in either Mall of Qatar or Dar Al Salaam Mall and return your purchased item. Please show your online receipt for the same for the sake of verification.

•    Products that come in sealed packaging

How to return an order/item?
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any belts and any designer packaging that may have been included. If in any case where the products have not been returned in their original state, used, etc. the return would be rejected. 

What if the received item is faulty?
All items are quality checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please return the item within 48 hours of receiving it. The process will be the same for Guest users. For further questions, contact our Customer Care.

Q: How do I Refund an item I purchased with e-Wallet Credit? 
A:
If you used your e-Wallet credit to purchase an item and want to return it, the refund will be sent back to your e-Wallet as credit.
