To organize a return, please visit our Sun & Sand Sports stores in either Mall of Qatar or Dar Al Salaam Mall within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURNING THE PURCHASE

1. You can return the purchased item within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. All COD fees and shipping fees are excluded from refund.
3. Refunds on Cash On Delivery (COD) orders will be credited to your SSS eWallet, which can be used for future purchases. Any future purchases will be subject to the same COD/shipping fee procedures, if applicable. 
4. Credit Card returns will be credited back to your credit card.
5. Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product purchased will be refunded.
6. In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and, where payment has already been made, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.
7. The SSS eWallet credits have an expiry period of 12 months.

RETURNS EXCLUSIONS

For hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned: wearable technology, nutrition products, swimwear, earplugs, goggles, swimming paddles/fins, socks, gloves, shoe laces, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats, and other similar items. Products with the seal broken cannot be returned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. Returned items must be received within 14 days of receiving the full order. Any returns received after the mentioned period will not be processed.
2. Return of items is only permissible once. 
3. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any belts and any designer packaging that may have been included. If in any case where the products have not been returned in their original state, used, etc. then the return request will be rejected.
4. All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please return the said item to either our Mall of Qatar or Dar Al Salaam Sun & Sand Sports store.
5. Return and refunds of products purchased online can be done through the processes mentioned above.

Please note that Sun & Sand Sports reserves the right to refuse refunds on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.

Return made outside of the 14-day timeframe will not be accepted.
