Q: Can you divide and ship my order in multiple shipments?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot divide the shipment from our end since its system allocated.

Q: What do I have to present upon receiving my shipment?

A: You may be required to present your ID at the time of delivery, all for security purposes.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? How?

A: Please note that it’s always recommended to choose the correct address while placing the order, to avoid delivery issues or potential order cancellation in the future.
If you need to urgently change the delivery address, you may contact us via mail or chat. 

Q: My order has been shipped, what next?

A: Once you receive an SMS that the order has been shipped, this means the shipment has been handed over to the delivery team and ready to deliver it as soon as possible.

Q: Do you offer collection?

A: Unfortunately, we don’t have click & collect right now.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: You can expect to receive your item between 7 to 10 business days.
