Q: If I’m not satisfied with the product, can I get my money back?
A: Yes. Please visit our Sun & Sand Sports stores in either Mall of Qatar or Dar Al Salaam Mall within 14 days of receiving the order to return the item. Make sure that the products are in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging (plastic bag or brand box), and have their original tag(s) still attached.
Your money will get refunded back to your original payment method. If you paid using the e-Wallet credit, then it'll take up to 48 hours for the credits to reflect back. If you used a debit/credit card, then it'll take around 5 to 7 working days.
If you paid by cash on delivery, we will refund the amount to your e-Wallet, which can be used to place a new order and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Q: How long does it take to get my eWallet Credit?
A: Your e-Wallet credit will be processed within 48 hours of returning the items.
Q: When might the refund be declined?
A: Please note that Sun & Sand Sports reserves the right to refuse refunds on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.
