Account & Website Queries

A: Whether you will be using the mobile app or the website, it is easy to create a new account and can be done in multiple ways.
1. By choosing the item you want first:

• Search for the item you’d like to purchase now or later, add it to your shipping bag, click on the shopping bag icon to proceed.
• You will be invited to either ‘continue as guest’ or ‘create an account’. Select ‘Create Account’ and choose how you would like to create it, it might be through Google account, Facebook or Apple Id.
• Ensure the password you choose is strong and consists of at least 1 capital letter, 1 small letter & 1 sign/symbol.
• Ensure the email address you’re entering is your own and that you have access to it, in case you will need to reset the password in the future.
• Ensure the mobile number you’re using is your own and that it is a valid phone number, to avoid order cancellations.

2. Through the ‘my account’ icon:

• Once you open the app or website, you will find a profile icon on the top right (website) or bottom right (app).
• Click on it and choose “Join Now”.
• This will take you through the signing up process.
• Follow the on-screen prompt.
• Ensure the password you choose is strong and consists of at least 1 capital letter, 1 small letter & 1 sign/symbol.
• Ensure the email address you’re entering is your own and that you have access to it, in case you will need to reset the password in the future.
• Ensure the mobile number you’re using is your own and that it is a valid phone number, to avoid order cancellations.
